Financial Information

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

In-house financing varies by treatment plan, and your financial coordinator will review your payment options with you. We also offer outside financing through Care Credit.

We offer a senior citizen (ages 65 and up) discount of 10% and a 5% discount on fees totaling more than $600. Discounts cannot be combined.

Additionally, we will submit most insurance claims for you. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental and United Concordia (National Fee for Service Plans). We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
